「Hermoso hotel en el centro de Mérida, cerca de todo, restaurantes, bares, discotecas, museo, estacionamiento a menos de 50 metros. El desayuno el mejor que he tomado en mis vacaciones, la toallita refrescante a la llegada y el vaso de agua de sandía ufff lo que necesitaba después de una viaje en auto y día caluroso. Quiero destacar la atención de las meseras y el recepcionista Sin duda volvería mil veces a kuka y Naranjo, un hotel muy recomendable 」

「Very clean room and spacious, we only spend the night so not much to say they did have complimentary continental breakfast which we didn’t use. It’s a very small boutique hotel but well kept 」

「Beautiful, well decorated room with high ceilings!! A huge window that leads out to a private balcony with small table and chairs. Room was on the 2nd floor. The bed was super comfortable and had handcrafted pillow cases and runners. The bathroom had high ceilings, beautiful lighting and best smelling lotion. Rain shower with a sweet smelling conditioner I fell in love with. Front desk people were super friendly and helpful. There is someone at the desk 24/7. Love pool and hammocks. Walking...

I loved sitting by the beautiful pool in the afternoons. I also found the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to all the restaurants in centro. Will stay here again! 」
