「Super spacious! Every bedroom has an extra mattress and there is ample floor space to place them. Didn't explore the area so cannot comment on that. Host is very pleasant and accommodating. ***Kitchen dishes, and flatware especially, were NOT clean. We had to wash everything before using which was not cool. If not for the unclean kitchen we would have rated this 5 stars. Hopefully the host will monitor and/or change his cleaning staff.」

「It would have been more welcoming if there would have been coffee, tea and water available so you don’t have to go looking for a place to buy it. The deck area was not clean, the tables and chairs were dirty. The second bedroom should have a more comfortable bed. There was a very musty smell throughout the whole house. The house was nice and clean. If everything above is looked after I would stay there again if I came back to Alliston.」

「Check in was easy. Accommodations were just what we needed. Clean and calming. The host was easy to communicate with and responded to questions promtly. His family, who were on site, were very kind, gentle and helpful; especially his Mother who was very gracious towards my elderly parents.」

「Lovely place to stay at in a great location. Even though near a road there was tons of privacy around the property. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen had all the things we’d need to cook with. They have the fireplace setup properly so you can stay there in cold weather and still be warm and cozy indoors. We really enjoyed our time staying here. Extremely clean and everything was organized inside the cottage really well. 」
