「Arrived on a Sunday at 4 pm…the stated Check in time. Several stairs to get to the front desk. One employee handling check in. Lineup of 2 parties in front of me.
Finally get to the front of the line and was told room was not ready at 4:30.
Finally received call after 5pm stating room was ready. Was told there were fewer stairs around the side of the building on the lower level. 4-5 vs 8-9 in the front. Entered room which appeared clean. Found 2 boxes of half eaten desserts in the fridge....
