「I don't know if they have handy capped rooms, was put on 3rd floor no elevator. But the clerk helped me to 3rd floor and offered more help. The next morning clerk also helpful. I will try to remember to book a handy capped room if available. All staff was extremely helpful to getting me up and down to 3rd floor.」
「We loved this place. Great communication from the host ahead of our arrival and some very much appreciated treats waiting for us. This is a lovely place to stay, bit of a shame we were out so much! It was a great base for a weekend at the Mid-Ohio Sportscar Course for the IndyCar race - even for their biggest event it was only about 30 mins in or out. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「2nd stay. From the outside you might avoid it— cinder block construction. The rooms however are VERY nice and clean.
Staff is great and friendly. Our shower door wouldn’t stay closed. It was fixed on a Saturday. I think most hotels would jus t leave it forever but not here. Fixed.
