「Buena habitación El servicio del hotel muy malo. Llegue a las 3 pm y recibi mi habitacion una hora y media despues y en la recepción no me dieron ninguna solución. Simplemente esperar. Dice que es 5 estrellas pero el servicio de la recepción parece de un hotel sin estrellas」

「This hotel is very basic with no decoration on the walls, very small bathroom, no hairdryer or anything like that, only window was very high up, and generally dismal environment. The bed was very hard and the sheets had flaws in them or were just not clean all the way. There were also no controls I could see for temperature and it wasn't until I left that I discovered that there were plugs next to my bed because they were pretty well hidden. The staff did not speak any English whatsoever so...

「都会と言えど木が生い茂るメデジン中心部にある、まさにジャングルの中のオアシスホテル。 部屋はモダンで清潔、アメニティの質も文句なし。部屋のテラスに備え付けのジャグジーは事前に使い方を丁寧に教えてくれて、朝7時すぎからゆっくり浸かることができ至福のひと時だった。 ホテルの立地もおしゃれな店が立ち並ぶジェラス公園に程近く、便利だった。 ホテルのスタッフも非常に感じが良く、いろんな注文に快く応えてくれた。特にFelipeは応対が完璧だった。 温泉気分を味わえる都会のオアシス、またメデジンに来ることがあれば利用したい。」

「Super más experiencia con el personal de recepción!! No estregaron la habitación hasta q llegó la hora de las 3:00 pm !! Primera vez q me pasa en un hotel 5 estrellas !! Cuando anduvimos con un niño despierto desde la madrugada !! La agua de la ducha se salía en todo el baño , todavía cuando hicimos check out el personal no ayudaron a bajar las maletas por las escaleras .」

「Está en el centro del Poblado y eso es un plus. Al estar en esa localidad es muy ruidosa la habitación en todo momento lo que no te permite descansar bien. El desayuno es uno muy pobre, la limpieza en general del hotel está bien, excepto las alfombras de los pasillos. 」

「On the whole, the hotel was fantastic. The staff were super helpful, breakfast was very good. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from for lunch or dinner. We were in bedroom 315 and the noise from the courtyard was quite loud in the evenings and first thing in the morning when the staff for setting up for breakfast which starts from 6 am. Ear plugs solve this problem however, if you wanted some rest in the afternoon in your room be prepared for noise.」
