  • Nicely furnished large 3 bedroom ground floor apartment with direct access to the gardens and swimming pools. The apartment is south west facing and is fully air conditioned, the fully fitted kitchen is larger than normal and also has a small breakfast table and chairs. The extra large terrace has a table, chairs and sunbeds, there is access to the swimming pools via a gate.



    The apartment is located in the popular beachfront front complex of Marina de la Duquesa which has four swimming pools, padel tennis courts, 24 hour security and underground parking. The complex is a short walk to the Duquesa's marina.

I loved how convenient the location was and having parking included was great for us. The rooms were clean and the air con was a great addition when we all got sunburnt. The pool was nice and clean and not too busy. Right by the beach and the port Maybe have a towel swap during the week

Great place

This apartment is so good and absoulutely huge with two great bathrooms three big bedrooms fully equiped kitchen and so close to the port with swimming pools right outside your terrace which is also a large relaxing area. Wd have already booked to go later in the year and is ideal for families or large parties as sleeps 6 without feeling crowded and is clean and tidy so totally recommend a stay. Would advise owner to get the free Wi Fi in there as people want that these days and we brought our own system and amazon stick so you can watch some English tv when relaxing.

Amazing stay

Property was spotlessly clean and was even better than expected . Pictures don’t do it justice ! 2 min walk to the Marina and literally right on the beach. I have been to Ducquesa before and this is by far the best apartment and location I have stayed in with the family. Perfect ground floor property .. would absolutely recommend this property for its location, cleaniness and size .

Apartment was very Spacious. We had 6 adults for a wedding party and the apartment was more than adequate space wise. Very comfortable and in a great location. The complex is very secure and accessible from the beach and marina. Duquesa is a lovely little resort with enough for everyone without the need to travel far and other little towns like Estepona are only 10 mins drive away. Gibraltar and Marbella 30-40 mins drive either way from a great base. Amazing holiday with our 34 Guests who all said they would come back.
