「The condo was fairly easy to find and once we got our bearings, the location was great. The outdoor patio space is phenominal. Despite it being "coolish" (weather wise), it's the area where we spent the bulk of our time. Furniture in the condo is comfortable and the unit itself is laid out well containing all the needed amenities. The unit itself is very secure, consisting of an outer locked gate and then the front door (which consists of a tri bolt lock). Any and all queries to the owner...

We experienced as very positive: 1) the accuracy in the VPRO description, and 2) the excellent written and verbal contacts with Tony Luelmo. 「Everything was fabulous! The apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the balcony is lovely - nothing not to like! The complex was cleaned every day and the location is perfect. An easy walk to Duquesa port, Sabinillas town and the castle area. Hopefully we can go back again next year!」

「Overall a wonderful condo in a picture perfect location. This condo was clean and the beds comfortable. I highly recommend for short term visits like one or two weeks. However for those looking to spend a longer term I think the owner needs to update some very used living room furniture and kitchen supplies.」

「The property was clean and decorated with cute but not terribly comfortable IKEA furniture with the exception of the beds which were fairly comfortable. The view from the terrace was spectacular! The only (small) negatives were no toilet paper, kitchen paper towels or hand soap. Although not within the owner’s control, the construction of a new condo building across the street started at dawn and didn’t allow for vacation sleep ins. 「Just spent 8 weeks at this lovely apartment. It has everything you need for a long stay, from plenty of bed linen to a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are spacious with the lounge and master bedroom having the fantistic view. Check in was easy, being met by Agne who very kindly gave us lots of useful information about the area. 「Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, die Aussicht ist phantastisch. Der Blick aus den Schlafzimmern ist jeden Morgen ein Erlebnis. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand - man muss allerdings eine Schnellstraße überqueren. Ist aber gut machbar. Absolute Empfehlung. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend reisen würden wir die Wohnung wieder nehmen.」

You need a car for this complex as at least a mile walk into the port, ok for fit youngsters but as pensioners too hard for us, as all uphill, but we knew this prior to booking unfortunately all pools were closed due to a water shortage. One issue is there are no instructions in the apartment, and being English they would have been extremely useful, although...
