Lovely one bedroom apartment overlooking the boats in the lovely marina of Puerto de la Duquesa.



This fully refurbished apartment is fully air conditioned and benefits from double glazing, wifi internet connection, tv, open plan lounge kitchen ideal for holiday living. Marble floors throughout and modern furniture. There is access to the terrace from both the lounge and bedroom.



There is no allocated parking for the apartment however there is plenty of free parking around the marina.

Area in stairs, corridors had people hanging around and playing music. Loud music playing in adjacent bedrooms until 2am. The agent Duquesa Estates offered no help, we paid for 6 nights, left after 1 night. The 1 star I give was the key collection was straightforward.

We enjoyed the marina location and the beautiful view from the deck. The selection of restaurants was great. The atmosphere is lively and may be an issue if you’re seeking a quiet venue.

Little Things to Make the Stay 5 Star Throughout

In general all was good. Apart from drainage in the shower was not good and got worse to the end of our stay. Washing machine didn’t spin and air con to bedroom was poor.

Fabulous location and view over the Marina

Communication before and during our stay was excellent. It’s a great central position. A smaller table on the terrace and instructions for the washing machine would be good. Noise from the bars and restaurants wasn’t a problem and the aircon was very good. Turned off when we went out or sat on the terrace and when we came back in, turned it back on it cooled quickly. Stay in Puerto duquesa

We had a lovely week here. Apartment was ideal for us with a balcony overlooking the harbour. So many lovely restaurants of all varieties in the urbanisation......after days out it was lovely to get back for a good meal and a drink and not have to drive anywhere. Would recommend

Lovely property with outstanding view

First class property in the best location in Duquesa- a few steps from all the best restaurants and a minute from the beach. Huge TV with all UK channels, air conditioning/heating and all necessities for a lovely holiday. Shame about the weather, but it was great to watch the storms from the balcony.

Cracking view

Booking & correspondence with agents was easy. They were happy to let us check in early. Beautiful outlook over the marina. The property is above restaurants so some cooking smells but we knew that from our local knowledge & it didn't bother us. Plenty of crockery, cutlery & cleaning equipment. Nice balcony furniture. Could do with a clothes airer. We were very comfortable during our stay

Wonderful setting

This is a lovely apartment overlooking the marina. The check in process was easy and a small walk to the office. Beach is 2 min walk away with great bars where can get sun beds and drink. All the local bars very friendly. Worth hiring a car and visiting Estepona and Mijas Peublo. Would visit again.

Excellent Location

The apartment is located in prime position with the balcony looking right over the marina with comfortable chairs. Be careful if you move the table on the balcony the top is loose. Inside the lounge is comfortable but could do with either a nest of tables or a coffee table to place beverages or drinks. Good selection of tv channels and a decent amount of books. The kitchen is well equipped but unfortunately in the various shaped and sized glasses contained only one wine glass. Bedroom has a huge comfortable bed with more than adequate wardrobes and draws. Unfortunately now we come to the bathroom. Toilet smells filled the apartment when you were out for a while. We purchased a heavy fragrant toilet gel that helped somewhat. Would use again. If you don't hire a car you will have a little problem to book in and drop off your keys as the office is located a good walk from the property.
