Great hotel. There is construction around the hotel and it was little challenging to easily find the entrance but I realized that the hotel and the mall are connected (then I saw the entrance.) I was concerned about arriving late, but there was no issue. I felt completely safe. I think I got an upgrade. The 1 bedroom aparthotel was incredible. Too much space, really, for one person. But I was very comfortable. There was construction nearby. I could see it but I couldn't hear it. I had an issue with the drain in the tub, but it was fixed as soon as I called the front desk. The pool and hot tub were great. I would definitely stay again.

Ascott Makati did not disappoint. Despite being located in an area with loads of other hotels nearby, Ascott is competitive in a good way and it's strengths lie in providing a quick and seamless check-in, which you don't find in most hotels, plus the staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. The unit is clean, quiet and is well-supplied with items you would need for a good stay. There is drinking water, washing liquid and detergent for laundry. These litttle things make you appreciate the hotel even more. It is umbeatable when it comes to proximity to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again in Ascott Makati.
