"Very unique property. About 10 people actually live there permanently, including the owner’s elderly mother fantastic location. Excellent staff Morgan was very helpful. Bathroom and kitchen could use upgrades as it is a very old building. I had a great time and the hotel had a very community vibe. I would stay again. Again it is not the Hilton hotel but it is a different And unique vibe. You cannot beat the location."

"As soon as we walked in the room, smelled horribly like mold, old, and dirty. As we looked around the walls were all dirty. All the towels were stained didn’t have any washcloths. There is no toilet paper, toilet paper holder or shampoo. The ceiling had holes in it. Baseboards were filthy stuff had stains on it remote didn’t work. Easy to say it was a horror show when we went to shower. There was only boiling hot water coming out. If it wasn’t because we came in town from Las Vegas at midnight we would’ve canceled our booking horrible experience. Please do not stay here if you want to have a comfortable night for the price we paid. We expected way more. I’m surprised it has any positive reviews. There’s also no pool and we had to pay for parking which was not mentioned prior. Walls are paper thin front desk guy was no help."

"I lucked upon this property while sitting out at Hermosa Beach, enjoying my Mother’s Day. My only request was to drive over to the beach from Vegas and have solo time. As my day was winding down, I knew i didn’t want to drive back to Vegas that nite so I came to Expedia and looked up properties near me. Once i booked, my husband came to pick me up and i told him we were staying the nite a mile away. Check in was so smooth and we had an amazing nite’s sleep. We didn’t hear the noise that others have talked about, once we lock in, we don’t hear anything..lol. We decided that the next time we visit, this will be our spot to stay bc it’s affordable and on the beach and i love that part the most! Thank you for the accommodations, we’ll return soon!"
