Private and safe in a gated compound. Landlord and property manager were responsive to our requests.

This property is adjacent to the University of Guam and is located near center of the island to give easy access to most everything. The accommodations were clean serviceable and adequately furnished and stocked. There was some nightly noise in the neighborhood, but then it was over the near year. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The owner was great with communication. The property was nicely decorated and felt homey. Overall this place was great especially considering the price.

Jack was super nice and flexible with check in and out times. There was wifi, a kitchen, the bed was comfy and clean, and the area is pretty quiet aside from the occasional rooster crow lol. It's about 20 minutes from Andersen AFB and Tumon bay so not too bad a drive if you dont want to stay in the over priced touristy area. Close to Pagat Cave hike and Ding tea (great boba place). Can't beat this place for the price. Very reasonable.

The property was exactly what I needed. Clean, well located, safe. It had a kitchen, which helped me keep trip costs down when I prepared meals. It was a great place and I recommend it.
