Secluded Beachfront condo in beautiful Mar Chiquita.

When you enter the open concept condo you'll see the dining room and living room with TV and amazing ocean views all decorated in a contemporary nautical theme. Adjacent to the dining room is the balcony with a rocking chair, table and balcony furniture to enjoy breakfast or wine while admiring the vistas. All windows have screens . Enter the hallway passing the fully equipped kitchen and you'll find the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioner. Across the hallway is the guest bathroom. At the end of the hallway is the Master bedroom suite with a king size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioner, walk-in closet and a full o josbathroom. Amenities include bath towels, shower gels, shampoo, hairdryer, steamerm me we e, WiFi, and cable TV.
Your outdoor private terrace has direct access to ethe beach. In the terrace you will find a seating/eating area with BBQ kitchenette and an outdoor shower with a beautiful mosaics. We stayed with another couple and it was wonderful. Updated interior, beautiful views and quiet location. Our host, Lilly, was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful place and location

It was a beautiful apartment, the outdoor patio was lovely, just steps from the beach. Location was great, as we visited all sides of the island.

Amazing views and privacy

This property has amazing views of the ocean and has private beach access. Very close to amenities, like a bakery for world class pastries and much more. I would recommend to anyone looking for a tropical paradise

Amazing place to stay

We have stayed in this complex before, but this was by far the nicest unit. The place was completely updated and modern. The outdoor patio and deck area was well- maintained. Cannot wait to go back!

Property location was amazing!

The property location was amazing. The property manager, Lilly, was great. She checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and always responded to our texts promptly! The fact that you could not flush your toilet paper was a little hard to get used to, but regardless, we would return in a heartbeat. We had a wonderful vacation and hated having to leave. We hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful vacation apartment

All the apartment amenities were as described. The apartment comes with access to a section of the beach that is less crowded than the nearby public beach. The less crowded beach is rocky and not ideal for swimming, but still beautiful. The owners were very responsive to texts.

Beach with shade, best oceanfront for families. 5 year old loves the tide pool. We don’t care that it cannot swim with all the rocks.

A Slice of Paradise

Just perfection for relaxing under the palm trees overlooking the blue waters; a great stress reliever. Unit updates were tasteful; our main reason for choosing this unit. Staying for two weeks next year. Hopefully the slight plumbing problem will be eliminated.

Great View for a family get away

The condo was as described. I was able to cook breakfast for my family daily and have coffee as the kitchen had all the utensils needed. The view was great. It is truly on the beach. The condo was well decorated and had a/c in every room. The pack and play was a lifesaver as it helped us cut down on luggage. The only things that would have made it more convenient would be access to the outdoor shower that was mentioned and a broom. Some tracking of sand is inevitable without access to these items.

This property was 100% as listed. Such a beautiful beach with the sound of waves crashing on the shore. The apartment was clean, updated and had everything we needed. Margie was an amazing host. Amazing

Absolutely perfect!! The home was spot on as described. Margie the host reached out before we arrived and a day before check out. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and very clean. The view of the ocean at Mar Chiquita was so relaxing. We left early and returned in the evening to shower and sleep. Exploring and enjoying the food and beaches were our main goal. Wonderful!

Nice, quiet, updated apartment on the 2nd floor. Great patio overlooking the ocean. Separate outdoor area on beach with lovely view. Small pool was nice and well maintained. Beach is not swimmable, but great for walking and relaxing. Mar Chiquita is a 3 minute walk away. There are so many beautiful beaches within a 10-15 minute drive. Grocery store and restaurant are 5 min drive away. Staff and owner very attentive and super nice. Location can’t be beat for day trips and relaxation. Thanks!

This property has everything you need… a private beach out front with shade from the palm trees…. A few outdoor decks and patios to shake things up a bit and a pool! Very quiet area except for one particular frog. The condo was very clean. It is on the second level. Nice area to cook and eat. Blankets are soft and fluffy. Beds were comfy. You cannot throw toilet paper in the toilet but it was no big deal after you get used to it. So peaceful and well kept. I highly recommend.

Beautiful view

The property manager was very accommodating and always available for any questions. They made you feel welcome. They reached out the day before just to make sure that everything was ready for us before arriving. The garage door was not open before we arrived but they resolved the issue the very next morning. We woke up to the morning sunrise and ended the day to the sunset. The beach is right in front of the property and in a minute walk you can go to popular beach area. Local store for food items was about 2 to 3 mins away and local restaurant and bars are about the same. This spot was perfect for us and we very much enjoyed staying here.

Amazing is all I can say!!

Very sad to say goodbye. This was the best home away from home. Amazing property. Had everything and more that we could ever need. We wanted to be not in a tourist area and not we found the perfect spot. The view every morning was incredible the beach was perfect. So glad we stayed in this area we were able to go west to the most spectacular beaches. But honestly Mar Chiquita was even better.!! Do not hesitate to come here. We will be back!! Oh and the property manager Lily is the very best she is so thoughtful and always there for any questions or concerns- which we had none. Thank you Margie for allowing us to rent your beautiful property!! We will be back. Gorgeous place we will miss it!

Amazing Views and great property management!

I would def come back again! Margie and Lilly were great! I let them know we have two young girls and they brought in a couple toys just for their age! Very sweet touch! I was worried at first when they said to text when I was there thinking someone wouldn’t see it. Lilly must live with her phone attached to her. lol. She was very attentive and very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had! The grounds are kept very nice and the beach area n front of the apartments was very private. Only the people staying there. The sand area was beautiful! But there are a lot of rocks in the ocean right there and you can’t right in front of the property. You can go a little to left and swim or obviously go to the Mar Chiquita beach, literally right next door. I call it the wave pool. Recommend going earlier in the day/low tide though. They had daily food and drink trucks there at Mar Chiquita too. The only thing I didn’t live was the kitchen sink and the constant fear of losing the keys. Overall, we reallllly enjoyed ourselves! Also, if you are renting a car, DO NOT use one outside of the airport! Boy, was

Beautiful view and nice quite location

The view is amazing and if you love listening to the waves this will not disappoint. Home was clean and had any essentials you may need including beach chairs and towels. Well airconditioned too! Easy walk to Mar Chiquita Beach with yummy food trucks and drinks. Also a very quick drive to Los Tubos Beach which was beautiful sandy beach with lots of waves. We loved this beach! It is about an hour and a half drive to the activities we did (Rainforest tour, boat tour, snorkel with turtles) which were on the east side of the island so keep that in mind and sometimes traffic can be heavy. Close to good restaurants and a great bakery. Nice little grocery store near the condo too.
