「The property is located in residential neighborhood. It was clean, and ready for us when we got there. The owner was responsive, respectful and friendly. There could have been a few more linens: washcloths, hand towels, potholders and 'starter' condiments like coffee filters and salt/pepper/sugar. Overall, this was an affordable accommodation for our first visit to Puerto Rico. 」

「Overall I would recommend. We arrived late at night and the area looked a little sketch. But during the day we realized it wasn't so bad. We had a little difficulty understanding the instructions to get the electric gate to open- didn't realize we needed to go inside the condo to retrieve the remote. Close to the beach, local restaurants and bars. Roomy and clean. Comfortable beds. 」

「Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and Dubraska did her best to help us. The issue was about the rooms. We were first assigned a room where the fridge didn’t work. A technician was supposed to fix it but it never happened. Then, we were offered to use the fridge in another room, which was very uncomfortable. Then we were offered another room to change. We moved all our belongings to that room to find out that A/C was broken, it didn’t cool at all. Faucet didn’t have a spray for water, and the...
