「The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. 」

「The property manager was very communicative and responsive. We arrived late at night so it was difficult to find. I think instructions on the location of the property should be a little bit better. The location was very convenient, very close to Mar Chiquita, Vega Baja. It was easily accessible from main roads. The space the magnificent and for the price it was great ! 「Mostly business stay so weren’t hung up on being pampered. One morning electricity was out in the area, but wasn’t a problem as there was a very good battery backup which kept everything going. Wasn’t aware until we went for a walk. A few local places to eat, good food and reasonable. All the items needed were already there, including coffee. Only thing missing were a couple of facecloths (maybe previous guest packed them), I’m sure that will be corrected.」
