The staff truly made our stay. Soannel at check-in went above and beyond with great restaurant recommendations and a thoughtful birthday touch with a decorated bottle of wine. Jacob at concierge was also very welcoming and gave us helpful local and Orlando tips, including details about the park we planned to visit. Their kindness and attention made our trip feel extra special.

Only draw back was the key card system for elevators didn't work correctly all the time.

Very fun, family friendly. Good food plus a tiki bar. Lots of chairs and umbrellas but very crowded public beach. Get there early!
