Villa-style condo with pool on the beach - Condo 1

Apartment 1 is located on the lower level, with a private patio in the back, and the ability to walk straight out to the heated swimming pool. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. Parking included.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.

There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.

We enjoyed our stay at the rental. My only problem was IAm a light sleeper and unit 1 had the pool pump at the bedroom window. Ear plugs did muffle it to some degree. If i rent there again i would call now that i have a phone number to insure i reserve a different unit on the ground floor. Thank You

The unit is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the gulf. Manatee Beach Park is only a few steps away. The unit is clean and spacious. There is a pool and a patio area. The Anna Maria Island cafe is a short walk through the parking lot. They have a little tiki bar and serve breakfast and lunch. I highly recommend this cute condo!

Not as expected

Arrived at 3am to find it hadn’t been cleaned from the last person no sheets and towels all used. Pullout sofa was awful. I asked about hurricane damage and was told the condo was fine. Not so we were disturbed several times five on going repairs. Then the dryer didn’t work. B. Had cheap plastic lounges by the pool they call this a villa. The furniture was old and broken down
