「フィリピン人のオーナー夫婦がとにかく親切。お部屋ごとに違うインテリアが素敵で同じ価格帯のホテルに比べるとだいぶ広い。朝食はお部屋までもってきてもらうスタイルで豪華ではないが、なんとなくほっこりホッとするような感じで美味しい。エレベーターが古いので荷物が多い人にはちょっと不便。チェックインの時間が限られているのでタイミングが合わないと宿泊できないが、また宿泊したい。」

「Vacation for a family of 5. The apartment was nice. The only downside was poor communication. I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. When we arrived in Florence, I sent a message via Whatsapp 30 minutes before getting to the apt. (per their instructions), but never heard back. Arrived at the apt. and sent another message with no response, so found a storage facility, dragged our luggage there, paid 33...
