The staff was exceptional here! From the start they were so organized with everything. They immediately brought out luggage to our room and offered to let us rest after our flight and do the check in paperwork later. Nothing was too much to ask for! My wife and I stayed at Pleta de Mar in Mallorca from October 19-23, and boy, did we hit the jackpot! The place is just stunning with its beautiful pools and access to a peaceful beach. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax that is still close to everything, this is the perfect spot. I could waffle on but in a nut shell this is a perfect place for a couple to relax. Food, rooms, service are all perfect. (dinner is only Tuesday & Thursday, but is very good) I will be going back again sometime.

A converted ancient "fincha" where olive oil was produced, the rough stone facades have been preserved as sleek modern interiors have been added on. The views of Valldemossa are breathtaking. The small staff couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. Quiet, private setting for travellers wanting tranquility within easy reach of many of Mallorca's highlights. We were traveling around Mallorca and wanted to be out of the city but closer to the beach. This hotel was wonderful!! They were very attentive to us and made sure our stay was exceptional. Our room was amazing and the food was great!! The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Spain. Overall just an amazing stay!

Great stay but the air conditioner was not operating as maintenance guy said their computer controlled and that all windows and doors have to be closed. We may sure our door and window were closed but the air conditioner did not work.

The Donna Portals was the best place for us to have picked for our honeymoon. This property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and in the perfect location. We loved our room, the amenities, the stunning beach and all the wonderful hotel staff. Everything was extremely well maintained and service was great! Book this hotel I promise you will not regret it!

Beautiful location and views. The grounds were lovely. Food and service was outstanding at the dining room and we’ll as breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. Fresh squeezed orange juice every day was amazing. Great stay all around!
