「Checkin process was smooth and easy and the agent was very friendly and attentive. Room was clean and quiet. The courtyard area was a nice place to relax with some coffee. It was nice to stay in a full service Marriott with complimentary coffee and wifi. We had a nice chat with the engineer as well. We would stay here again. 」

「Good luck flushing the toilet. Overall, this property was ok. Not bad, not good...middling. It was quite clean so kudos for that. The TV works and the staff is good. But note that it is quite worn down. I think it's mostly for long term construction workers and that type of guest, so nothing fancy but a roof when needed. However, the button to flush the toilet is on top of the tank and some goofball built a vanity shelf over the tank with about an inch, if that, to get your finger in. ...

「A really nice place to stay in downtown Rochester. It may have faded a little over the years, but they try very hard. Excellent staff, comfortable rooms. I wish there was a coffee maker in the room, but otherwise excellent.」
