"The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We particularly liked the car garage and close access to the beach; but mostly the keyless access which made it very easy to come and go from the beach with kids and not have to check who had the keys to get back! The only downside is that the nearest patrolled swimming beach is 2km away, so for any proper swimming, you need to get to the swimming beach."

"Whilst the host was really lovely I have to give feedback on the room itself. The bed varnish/stain was an over powering smell. The mattress was extremely hard did not sleep at all. The bathtub is very small not room for two 😔 I could not find a rubbish bin anywhere The tea and coffee facilities were outside in the cold. You need to bring your own hairdryer. Again the host is a lovely person and I wish her well."

"We loved our 6 night stay at The Avenue .Excellent communication from Jonathon. Clean cottage, with quality and comfortable furniture and bedding. Top-notch amenities. We ordered the Breakfast and dinner food packages and this was great value with delicious local produce! Perfect place for a couple, private and peaceful with a postcard view. Location is 3 kms from Montville main street so we recommend a car. In saying that, its also a walk with views which we did. Highly recommend this place...
