「Clean rooms however bathroom could use updates by installing walk-in showers for the handicap with safety bars as well as ceiling repairs both the cloth chair and window dressing could use a cleaning or upgrade Overall with this economy still on the expensive side however it is what it is.. It's the staff convience and peaceful atmosphere, friendliness of extended stay guest .Overall 7 out of 10.」

「Amazingly, clean, quiet, a huge room suite, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding」

「I particularly like the 24/7 availability of brewed coffee from the lobby area. I stay between work schedules and usually have to leave before the breakfast hour. Room coffee is never that great so I appreciate this approach. The room is quiet and dark enough for me to sleep well.」

「The front desk staff helped me with my luggage getting in and then getting out. I use canes. They saw me struggling and jumped up to help. The handicapped room was wonderfully designed. The specs in the bathroom perfect. If I'm passing through Richmond again and I need a place to stay they are my choice」

Reminded me more like a nursing home with the layout, decor and smell. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. I hope they all get a good severance package and set up with a new job. As I heard the place is sold and they’re tearing it down. So I guess that explains the lack of maintenance and cheap offer Expedia should...

「Comfortable stay, good breakfast.」

「Room was very clean and to my expectations. But it would have been nice to know that the lobby/first floor was currently under renovation. Also the gym/fitness room can use a little bit of updating.」
