Guest Service staff was helpful in checking in and arranging the Melaka River Cruise.
F&B & Kitchen staff are helpful and friendly. Even though i ordered room service 5 minutes before their closing time, they agreed to cook and send it over to my room without showing sour face.
Most of the time spend hanging around Melaka so i cant comment much about the hotel.
The rooms are just nice to stay if you are not a fussy type whom just need a room to sleep.
The hotel carpets and fitting are seems to be very old.
If you were driving, there are ample of covered parking space and its nearby the place of interest. I will suggest you park your car at the hotel and either walk / use the boat to the place of interest to avoid traffic jam. Limited parking at the city area if you were to use your car.
Request for a riverside view for a better view of the Melaka.

Smelly towel
We got smelly towel and not functioning heater. However we satisfied with the view. Nice view at day and night. The aircond need to service not cold at all............
Please improve your room cleanest. Make sure all the things provided is clean especially the towel.

Disappointing.
There's crockroach nymph in the room. Basic amenities like toothbrush shower cap out of stock. Room has no floor cloth, no hand towel.

The wonderful of Wana Riverside Hotel, Malacca.
It's the 5 minute walking distance to Kampung Hulu Mosque.
And also 10 minute walking distance to" Medan Selera Sungai Melaka"
Check in , smoothly.

Very old and run down hotel. Had a very hard time finding the hotel. No proper signage to entrance of hotel.
Stain carpetand the whole hotel doesnt smell nice

service yg sangat teruk.. book sebulan awal, bila sampai hotel kena tunggu more than 2hours hanya untuk checkin. itu pun sengaja masuk lewat sedikit jam 4petang (3petang masa check in) tetap kena beratur panjang dengan guest yg baru book on that day. dah nampak ramai guest sepatutnya bukalah counter lagi satu, ni tak. just biar guest beratur panjang buang masa berjam2 disitu. first and last stay at this hotel. sangat teruk!

do not stay
i do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. no system at all. took a hr to check in and the receptionist just ignored us when we asked questions. the tap water is yellow colour and do not same as they provided the services.
