Bad experience ever..When im with my partner check in,one of the staff(indian girl) a bit rude when i want to pay using online transfer and she a bit angry.She can talk nicely if the customer asking either can use online transfer or cash because i booked online without payment yet coz we want to pay at counter but this girl a bit rude when im asking her.

they said ot will be rm50 for deposit but they return my deposit only rm45.ii couldnt ask because i wasnt there during checkout due work purpose.my husband hand over the key n deposit resit and he doesnt know.
