「The staff was very nice but the room had a bad odor smell in the restroom, hard for my wife to stay there. Wasted 2 nights decided to head back home. 」

When I confronted the receptionist about the bugs, bugs started crawling on the counter as she casually squashed them and flicked them away as to not have evidence disrupting our wonderful conversation. 「The air conditioning barely worked, and the room was full of ants! I put food in the fridge overnight and woke up to it covered in ants inside the fridge! Disgusting 」

「I upgraded because it had a bath, but I was actually offered a room without a bath.I complained repeatedly, but they wouldn't change my room. I was shocked even though I paid for the upgrade. It was my first time using this hotel in a foreign country, so I gave up. I don't want to use it again in the future. Please be careful when making reservations.」
