「we had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo. The condo is just up a gradual ramp from the beach and the kids enjoyed being out in the water the whole trip. The condo has a gorgeous view of the water and a modern and clean feel. We appreciated the good communication and support from the owner along the way. Had a great time in Maui!」

「Wonderful property, quiet location but still convenient to local activities, restaurants, etc. The snorkeling right off the property was *fabulous* with many turtles (keep your distance) and plenty of reef wildlife. It’s best to get out early in the day when the water is most calm and before the big snorkel tour boats start pulling up nearby. The great snorkeling here isn’t a secret unfortunately!Mahalo, Sue and Clark!」

Condo could use some refreshing but didn't detract much from our stay on beautiful Maui. 」

「We chose B303 largely in part of the great reviews and pictures. We were not disappointed! Mark, the host, was outstanding. He was easy to communicate with, timely, and answered all of our questions. He's definitely first rate!As for the property, it looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean, up to date, and very comfortable. The location can't be any better. The unit is literally right on the beach on one side and next to a crystal clear pool of the other side. We definitely enjoyed our stay...
