The security guard, Jamie, was super nice! She welcomed us and got us into our room promptly after the room code was incorrect.

They scammed me. I booked A202 based on the kitchen and other conditions, but gave me A202A door code when check in. Reception said they don’t know, and referred me to call manager. No answer when I called manager several times. I couldn’t cancel without an agreement from them. A202A extremely small and no kitchen. Be cautious book a stay from here.
