Room was great, spacious and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was excellent. Added bonus was some Roman artifacts on site.」

「My husband and I traveled to this property May2024. It’s down a quiet street near the center of town. The property is in an apartment complex so a bit unusual. It has 4 rooms surrounding a shared kitchen/ dining area. Lisa, prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. We met some lovely travelers and enjoyed our mornings sharing some of the places we visited. Overall I would recommend this for the convenience to town , cleanliness, modern well appointed rooms and comfortable bed. 」

「メイン通りのコルソイタリアの１本海側の通りにあり、駅から５分ほどでにぎやかなタッソ広場までは２分程にあり、すごく立地がよい。港にも歩いてすぐ。ホテルのオーナーのアイバンさんは明るく親切。他のスタッフも良い印象。部屋も改装して新しく快適。ただし、冬に泊まったのでシャワーの水がお湯に変わるのにすごく時間がかかった（１０分くらいシャワーを出しっぱなしにしてやっとお湯に変わる）。」

「The staff is fantastic (Pina was super helpful). Location is ok. For us it was perfect. We didn’t want to be in the middle of the touristy city and this location was only a 10-15 minute walk away. We felt like we were in Costa Rica as we had breakfast in an outdoor setting. Unique and very lovely. If you want proximity to the city but a different experience than the typical hotel, Da Rooms checks all the boxes. 」

「One of the best place that we stayed in our two weeks of Italy trip. Though we stayed in “more expensive” hotels in Rome / Venice, this place’s view is just incomparable. Waking up / coming back to the place was just joyful. Also the owner / staff were very professional / supportive. Even though the place is not really considered as “hotel” some of the services offered exceeded typical hotels’. One thing to note would be, there are specific check-in, check-out time, so make sure to communicate...

「Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die ausstattung mit Gläsern hätte etwas umfangreicher sein können. Nur 3 kleine Wassergläser sind doch etwas dürftig. Sehr zentrale Lage und kurze Wege zu Restaurants, Einkaufmöglichkeiten und zu Bus und Schiff. Für uns perfekt.」
