「No help provided by any staff, no room cleaning, i had to pay for electricity, water and cleaning when i leaft. Bath tub was full of leaves and hair. Remote control for tv didnt work and had to call the owner several times and text message the owner but didnt get any help. There was a hole in my front door filled up with tissues and garbage and stray cats everywhere infront of the building. Dont stay here, save your money.」

「This was entirely a scam, did not receive access to property on the day of arrival.. stressful having to book another hotel in another country at the last minute. Communication with the property contact was useless. This was a horrible experience, will have to go through the process to dispute when I get back home. 」
