「Very nice hotel, newly built (2025), a short (5 min ?) walk from Mahmutlar beach and Mamutlar city center in the Alanya area. Stayed there for a week. Would do it again. Only 20 min bussride from the airport (Gasipasa).」

「Svindlerhotel, lokker med all incl. og når man kommer så er der kun morgenmad, og familieværelset er pludseligt reduceret til noget mindre. Siger de vil afbestille, men beholder alle pengene bagefter. Hold jer væk」

「They can't speak English. No room service at all. I asked for room service and towels 3 times but they didn't respond.」

「Selve hotellet er ikke egnet til 4 stjerner…. Strand er leje til andre man betaler for kom til stranden… det er så meget trafik støj at man kan ikke sove eller hvide ved poolen… den eneste plus personale er meget venlig og hjælpsom 」

「Ich war mit meiner Familie dort im Sommerurlaub. Sehr saubere Unterkunft . 300 m zum Strand und auch sehr nah zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mehrer Restaurants und auch Supermärkte sind innder nähe. Der Pool ist sehr sauber . Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist auch hervorragend. Ich würde sehr gerne wieder kommen. Vielen dank für alles 」

「The room was nice and spacious. The hotel looked really good. Although they did take a lot of time to get the room ready after check in. I’d say the food is really bland and there’s not much of a selection. But overall was good 」

「Good: Close to the beach, very nice location. Staff were kind and nice as well. Cafe space was stylish and nice. Very clean. It is a nice and cozy hotel overall. I basically like it. Bad: Music downstairs by the pool was very loud all day long to late at night. The base sound is very emphasized so it was very noisy even in upstairs rooms... Wifi was not stable at all. I ended up to use nearby hotel's. No parking around, you need to find a place park in a nallow street.」

Personel egitimsiz, icecekler vasat, denizi cok kötüydu.Sahildeki elemanin davranis bozuklugu vardi.Kendisini uyarinca bin kere özür diledi.Otelde resepsiyon alani disinda oturulabilecek kapali alan bulunmuyordu.Kisaca isletme duzeltilirse eksikler de giderilebilir.」
