Very nice hotel, newly built (2025), a short (5 min ?) walk from Mahmutlar beach and Mamutlar city center in the Alanya area. Stayed there for a week. Would do it again. Only 20 min bussride from the airport (Gasipasa).

Best hotel I had ever stayed! Modern, fresh, clean, food in restaurants was excellent. Love sauna and the pool! The best part is the management team and staff-- nice, friendly, accommodative, willing to go extra mile to help. They have taxi service at the hotel at a very reasonable price. Overall, A+ price, room, and service. And finally, very safe!

Vi bodde på hotellet i 13 netter og hadde et veldig fint opphold. Personalet var vennlige, hjelpsomme og alltid imøtekommende. Beliggenheten er flott, med kort vei til strand, butikker og restauranter. Rommet var komfortabelt, og vi trivdes godt som familie med to barn. Det eneste som var litt uklart, var informasjonen om rengjøring. Vi var usikre på om romrengjøring var inkludert eller om det måtte betales ekstra. Det hadde vært fint om dette ble informert tydeligere ved innsjekking. Ellers er vi veldig fornøyde med oppholdet og vil gjerne anbefale hotellet til andre. Takk for et hyggelig opphold!

Geçen sene çok temiz olduğu için memnun ayrılmıştık. Bu sefer kaldığımız odada çok kötü bir koku vardı. Ve oda hiç temiz değildi. Nevresimler normal çamaşır makinesine atılmış yıkanıyordu bu da hijyen konusunda ciddi soru işaretleri bıraktı.

Dejlig lejlighed, fik byttet lejlighed da det ene badeværelse ikke var helt færdigt. Uden problemer. God service og billig transport til og fra lufthavn med en rigtig venlig chauffør der dog ikke snakkede så meget engelsk, men det klarede vi med Google oversæt. Hvis der skal være et minus, så ligger det lidt langt fra hovedgaden for gangbesværede, men man får noget motion.

Artıları: Konum kolaylığı ve merkeze yakınlık. Odaların konforu ve genişliği. Aile için kalma açısından uygunluğu. Yeni bina oluşu. Eksileri: Bazen sıcak su gelmemesi. Görevlilerin girişte tam olarak kim olduğunun belli olmaması. Girişte bir çöp kovası olmaması sebebiyle oluşan çöp yığını ve kokusu. Genel olarak iyi, yeni kuruluyor, bu sebeple eksikleri var ama bunlar giderilirse mükemmel bir konaklama yeri olacaktır.

Otele akşam 19:00 gibi varacağımı belirtmiştim ama 18:00 civarında geldim. Giriş saati 14:00 olmasına rağmen odam henüz hazır değildi ve yaklaşık 30 dakika bekledim. Odaya çıktığımda temizlik açısından eksikler vardı. Zaten odaya eşlik eden beyefendi de durumu fark etti ve istersem banyoya paspas attırabileceğini söyledi. Ancak eşyalarımı bırakıp hemen çıkmam gerektiği için o an talep etmedim. Otel sahipleri ertesi gün nazikçe oda değiştirmek isteyip istemediğimi sordular ama artık yerleştiğim için kalmayı tercih ettim. Çamaşır yıkamak için bana deterjan da sağladılar. Otel oldukça yeni, bu yüzden sistemleri ve iç düzen henüz oturmamış. İlk başta aksaklıklar yaşansa da çalışanların ilgisi ve iyi niyeti sayesinde konaklama süreci toparlandı.
