"Excellent place to stay very convenient and extremely well equipped! Kitchen bathroom had everything we needed! Great views!! We stayed in the lower unit and the only issue would be is when the upstairs neighbors are even slightly walking around it’s loud downstairs in this unit. So as long as your on the same schedule as you neighbors you’ll be fine. Without a doubt we would rent this again just would request the upper unit. The host was amazing and calls or messages were responded to immediately. "

"All the little extras, a small cooler, indoor toys for the kids and beach toys. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and welcoming home. Washer and dryer was a big plus! Only thing to consider is the bunk beds are right next to front door, which still worked out for us when we switched places with the kids with a couple of adults. Great place to stay and would definitely recommend "

"Host was very responsive and everything was as expected. The reason for the less than perfect rating is because the mattress needs to be upgraded. It was very uncomfortable. We only stayed one night so it was manageable for that night. "

"The room was decent but prime ocean view isn't always full ocean view. customer service is pretty mediocre for the price. Food is good for breakfast. Would avoid beach house for dinner. Pool side drinks are mediocre. Overall probably would recommend staying at the Kona Village hotel next door. They actually had their property in front of a more swimmable beach and had better water sports. Four seasons was quieter though and probably better for golf."

"Nannette is quickly responsive. The room was as promised, perhaps even better. Clean, everything we wanted for our Air B&B week. A 15 minute drive off the beaten track."
