「Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful location and stunning furnishings. The rooms were very comfortable. We were unfortunately disappointed with the facilities. We had to ask for a replacement BBQ as the electric one outside was terrible, we ruined some of our food trying to cook with it. No non-stick frying pans available, no spray & wipe or baking paper / foil supplied. Cooking our meals was a struggle overall. Multiple light fixtures need replacing, the outdoor TV is...

「The property is fairly well-appointed. It is a long way from the bus stop and the beach. We had issues with the power supply, and then had trouble communicating with the owner, as we needed to put the Australian phone code as part of the phone number and this wasn't obvious.」

「What a hidden gem in Townsville! We absolutely loved our stay at Victoria Street Boutique Hotel. Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the luxe shower products to the complimentary local craft beers in the mini bar on arrival. Such lovely touches that make the stay feel extra special. Highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel to anyone visiting A standout stay that truly exceeds expectations. We can’t wait to return!」

「Main problem is insects in the room Cockroach ( small ones) and mozzies」

「Really nice place!! Staff were very kind👍」

「Nice place to stay. Closer to the beach.」
