「Wifi did not work and this is not acceptable. Seems a typhoon came through a few weeks ago and broke the server. Everywhere else on the island seemed fine. If there is a wifi problem it needs to be clearly stated when booking. I would have gone elsewhere because cannot unfortunately be disconnected for three days. Spent almost 200 euro on roaming the three days. Local contact said would do his best but no luck. Communication complicated too with local contact as network not working, payment was...

「Communication and location both great, as were the Sails facilities. Our only concern was the size and layout of some aspects of the two bedroom villa / eg the powder room. Very small. And not being able to use the spa jets in the bathroom, but that’s likely a short term issue. Very good location and a nice pool. 」

「ホテルは、フェリー乗り場からバスで10分、目の前にあり便利な場所。バス停が近くだからどこへ行くのも便利。ビーチも裏手のすごそこにある。スタッフのおばちゃんはすごく親切で、こちらが英語で通じてないと察すると、部屋までの引率、簡単な英語でパンフレットを示しながら観光アドバイスやオプショナルツアーの参加も電話予約してくれました。レストランやバーも敷地内にあリ部屋への持ち帰りもできて便利。気になったのは部屋にアリがチョロチョロしていて、うっとおしかった。おそらくこれは、土地柄どこでも同じかも。」

「This guest house is like a hostel in many ways but with the creative use of one lot not a huge property as I thought it would be. We had booked a tent experience which is a screen tent, holding a bed, night tables, lamp and fan, below a roof and side walls. Our unit had a whole side section about 6ft without a barrier so we could see to the next tent, wooden slats around the tent are not together which lets air flow in but gives little privacy. The gate style wooden door into our tent was not...

「The bungalow are cleanand bed is comfortable. I like that there is a fridge and kettle , so that you can have coffe amd sit outsite amd enjoy the view . Very nice view , I love the trees we also spotted a koala in the trees amd some kangeroes near the bungalow. Friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend it 」
