「Check in was fine. Room was okay- uncomfortable beds. Dog poop all over outside the back door. Room keys would not work past 8am on day of checkout. Only two doors to get in and out of building - right at front desk - ridiculous- and it was not for security… breakfast was nutribars or old commercial packed muffins. Fridge in room worked but door was wrong way opening. The only good thing was the price and it was quiet.」

「I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate.」
