Wonderful hotel! The minute you walked in you felt at home! The lobby is very impressive, the waterfall with the animals is lovely. The desk staff is both knowledgeable and kind! I cut my foot on a piece in the pool that was supposed to have a cover on it. I had to go to urgent care and get the wound cleaned. Antibiotics were required due to it happening in the pool. I’m glad it wasn’t one of my kids. The room itself was nice. The staff is very nice.

Got a family suite which was basically adjoining rooms, one was a suite with king bed the other with 2 queen. It was fantastic and great value. Staff were great and the rooms are pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
