Very comfortable stay, large room with lovely view. Large bathroom with large bath. Highly convenient service area to make tea/coffee and breakfast. Very clean. Historic property with beautiful lounge area. Excellent parking in safe location. Highly convenient to travel to Liverpool and Birkenhead whilst staying in a rural location.

Central location with free customer parking. Rooms are good with all amenities. Providing bathrobes and slippers is a surprise and excellent addition. Size and comfort of pillows could improve.
Lack of towel rails in the bathroom is an issue in temrs of having dry towels. But it was changed daily.
Reception staff could be better friendlier attitude with a smile.
Castaway bar's happy hour from 6 to 8pm is excellent value for money.
