「Wonderful stay at Pale Hall Hotel. Beautiful and comfortable room. Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent dining options - a tasting menu / fine dining or a bar menu. Both served in a beautiful dining room. We had the bar menu and it was wonderfully cooked. Morning breakfast was perfect and a small gift of water and cookies for our journey much appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel. 」

「Fabulous hotel with wonderful William Morris wallpaper and tasteful decor. Our room– room 2, was enormous, with a gigantic, very comfy bed, a wonderful view across the valley, including the railway, and a large victorian style bathroom with a standalone bath with shower over. An excellent breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.」

「The farmhouse and surroundings are picturesques but the cleanliness could be very much improved. The laminate flooring is worn in places and the amount of rubbish found under beds and sofas was alarming. 」

「The house was very well appointed, modern, warm, with its own off street parking space, and perfectly situated very close to Betws-y-Coed but sufficiently distanced from it to escape the tourist traffic and crowds. It is situated in a small village in complete silence. Very peaceful.」
