Charming little hotel on the seaside promenade. Spacious rooms, a cosy "snug lounge" to read or have tea, coffee or other. Nice dining room, with a choice of free continental breakfast (which includes fresh baked croissants, cereal, toat, juice yogurt, and tea or coffee) or a full breakfast for a reasonable cost. The dining room is also open for lunch and dinner, and the food is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful, and as a solo traveler, i felt very comfortable.

This is a charming little hotel on the seaside promenade. I was surprised that they have full board or just breakfast or neither and the food is good. Besides tea and coffee in the room they have biscuits and several handy items for travelers like mending kits, combs,etc. there is a “snug room” facing the sea where you can sit and read or have tea. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My one complaint is, there are no bars in the shower.

Beautiful hotel, recently modernised but still full of Victorian splendour. Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Ate in the hotel restaurant for our evening meal and the food was lovely.

Our sea-view room was very modern, clean & comfortable. My husband is disabled, so we had a few special requirements, and, without exception, all staff were extremely kind, willing & helpful in meeting these, which made my role, as a carer, much easier.

Great hotel, excellent location on sea front and a walk from everything. The real shine on this is the private car park for guests! The room was huge, well equipped and we were wowed on how big and luxurious it was. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Room 102 may need an aircon check as we could only get the temperature down to 19! Thanks so much 👌

2nd time visiting this hotel. As soon as you enter the hotel you are met with warm friendly staff from reception, waitresses and cleaning. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and smells gorgeous. Forgot to ask what air fresheners they use. We stayed in room 108. Room was spacious, and bathroom amazing. We had a round bath which was huge and walk in shower. The views from room are amazing. We never had breakfast but did have dinner one night and food was gorgeous, definitely eat there again. Bonus about this hotel is they have own car park unlike the rest of the hotels on the front. Will definitely be back soon.
