Great property but very poor property management
Property as advertised in a great location and clean.
Property management communicated well up to arrival date asking for our arrival time.
I contacted them multiple times on day of arrival with arrival time. We arrived at apartment and no one there -more calls and texts and finally told we had to come to management company location to pick up keys and check in - a 40 roundtrip minute walk in 100 degree heat. No previous mention of this or we would have gone there first from train station. Have stayed at many properties and this is the first time check in was not at the property and no mention of this in any communication. When we arrived at management company location there were three young and healthy appearing employees there. When I complained that we waited at the property and then had to come to their office, I was told multiple times that it was the fault of the "new boy" who worked the weekend - however this was a Monday and it seemed to me that one of the three employees could have come to the property to let us in. No apology just blaming the "new boy" for the problem. But we spent almost two hours standing outside the apartment and then getting keys on a very hot day. When we got back to the apartment we found no information sheet and no wifi information or pw. We called - no answer and texted - no response until next day. If property doesn't have information sheet with wifi information then they need to provide this information when check-in occurs.
While apartment is excellent I would not recommend this property until new management team in place
