Helpful and friendly staff, great room (corner suite was large with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed), and a really delicious breakfast. Location is about 20-25 min from many common destinations. We didn’t use metro but there was a main stop right nearby. Safe area even late at night.

Hotel location is very convenient as it's just in front of Cuzco subway station. From there, practically all of Madrid's attraction are reachable. Room are very comfortable and staff is friendly. This is a strongly recommended hotel.

My experience is a little biosed, because on one side I really liked the place, but on the other I didn't seep. Hotel condition was okay, it was clean, friendly staff, gym was nice, fast elevators, the breakfast nice, restaurant with very good food and selection of drinks, the area nice, very easy access to taxi, shops and restaurant. But a hotel at this class shouldn't have problems with e.g water pressure, so it drops when other rooms turns on their water, stains/spots on the couch and a bed, which I found was impossible to sleep in, as it was extremely hard - and it moved around on the floor at the slighsts movement. Never had such experience in a hotel - so I don't know if it was me or the bed, but for 3 days I didn't sleep well. Will I visit again - not likely - perhaps another room with a better bed.

Great hotel and location near the Santiago Bernabeu. Clean and tidy hotel. Washroom did not have a door which is weird. Stayed with my daughter at the Westin Cuzco to watch the Classico. Had to leave the room when my daughter or I had to shower.

The place is very convenient if you are looking for a place to stay near the CBD. However, i think they are a bit understaffed cos in the morning you can see at breakfast that the waiters are really busy. It would be good if they have a US Style Egg station for breakfast. Although they have different types of eggs on the menu for breaktast, I could not manage to order one for the whole week i was there.

There was no shampoo in my room throughout my 3 nights' stay. I know I could call housekeeping and ask for it but I think it should be the basic for the staff to check all amenities every time they cleaned the room. Nevertheless, the hotel was overall good.
