Sumatra - 3 bedrooms and terrace in Castellana
Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.
Sumatra is a modern and chic 150 square meter apartment in the heart of Madrid. The apartment, inspired by Indonesian beaches, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small terrace.
Upon entering the apartment, find a spacious living room brimming with natural light. The lounge area is relaxing and cozy, with a desk right behind the couch. The dining table, which sits up to six people, is adjacent to the reading nook. The fully furnished kitchen comes with all cooking essentials and has a breakfast table. There is a pantry/storage room which connects to the kitchen back to the entrance.
On the other side of the entrance, find the three bedrooms and bathrooms. The first ensuite bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a unique wooden headboard. The ensuite bathroom comes with a full shower.
The bathroom in the hallway next door comes with a bathtub with shower. The second bedroom comes with a single bed and a personal office area facing the outdoor terrace. The terrace, accessible from this bedroom, is fitted with a hanging lounge chair and small table on opposite ends.
The third bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom and a queen-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom comes with a full shower.
All bed and bath linens are provided.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.
*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
