Perfect apartment of 55 sqm completely refurbished and equipped for mid to long term stays. The apartment has one spacious bedroom, a comfortable living room and dining table with an integrated fully equipped kitchen, as well as a working table with a comfortable office chair.

Neighbouring Salesas is similarly celebrated for its cultural offerings, notably its fashion scene - here you’ll find a range of concept stores and independent edgy boutiques, as well as more well-known international brands. The area is also boasts a selection of art galleries, bookshops, delis and cocktail bars. What are you waiting for?

Chueca Metro station (Line 5) is conveniently located within only 2-minutes walk and Alonso Martinez station (Line 4 ) - within 5-minutes' walk, putting the rest of the city within easy reach. There are also range of BiciMad stations around, if you want to move around in bicycle.
