I loved that the people in the front desk were very helpful, they let us leave our bags, because we got to the property about 3 hours early for our check in, the apartment spacious and clean, restaurants, markets where close by. My daughter's friend loved how close the property was to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium she attended a game and was only a 15 minute walk back to the property. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Madrid again!

Excellent stay at a very high standard of apartment. Great location with 2 metro stops within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Friendly staff on the reception. The apartment was of a very high standard. Plenty of good restaurants within an easy walk also. Will be returning to this apartment.

The check-in was super quick and easy and the staff very helpful. The apartment was well equipped. Loved it that it is pet friendly! The internet connection is okay. You have to pay an extra fee for better speed if you need to work.

Choose this because of the pool. Pool opens at restricted hours 11:30-2:30 then 4:30-8:30pm which means no swimming in the morning. Also no towels provided but u r not supposed to use room towels. A note when booking to bring towels would be good. Our first room had a strange smell like smouldering electrics they eventually changed our room after 2 nights. The air on has an intermittent buzzing noise which might disturb sensitive people from sleep. Not sure if I would go back though can see it is good value for family or if u want a kitchen. Convenient for the underground (Cuzco n Tetuan).

The room was an oven. I arrived and settled down and notice the a/c was not working. I went down after an hour and reached out. They sent a person. He explained it was going to go down to 20 C .. it was at 24.5= 76 degrees. forever. Outside was cooler 66 We all sweated overnight, the worst night!! Don’t say there is a A/C when there is not!!

On a loué ce ce séjour avec cet appart hôtel dans cet hôtel exprès car il y avait un balcon. Quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, il n’y avait pas de balcon quand nous sommes arrivés voir le personnel qui parlait très très peu français, ils nous ont répondu que ce n’était pas possible pour nous, puis il était censé avoir des petits déjeuners servi tous les jours, finalement il n’y avait rien, il ne propose rien du tout. il devait y avoir un parc de jeux pour les enfants à disposition. Finalement il n’y avait rien du tout non plus. Dans l’appartement que nous avons loué, on a eu des gros problèmes avec le wi-fi, il y a fallu aller demander plusieurs autres codes pour que ça fonctionne, plusieurs lumières au plafond, ne fonctionnent pas et dans la chambre non plus, et dans les couloirs de l’immeuble , les dalles au plafond sont prêtes à tomber, les ascenseurs sentent l’urine à plusieurs reprises , et encore plusieurs autres choses . Nous trouvons sa inadmissible et surtout mensonger. Quand on leur a dit même eux sont étonnés de l’annonce sur le site. et de plus nous avons fini au poste de police, car nous nous sommes fait agresser juste devant l’hôtel. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel , vraiment un séjour désagréable chez eux.

La habitacion muy cómoda y limpia, excelente! El edificio es viejo y le falta un poco de limpieza y modernidad. No usamos la alberca ni el estacionamineto. La zona es exclente, supermercados y farmacias cerca, muchos restaurantes y sitios para comer. El transporte público de facil acceso. Definitivamente me volveria a hospedar alli

Struttura enorme molto bella. Insonorizzata al massimo Appartamenti davvero grandi (non il solito standard francese P&V)forniti,puliti arredati con gusto. Letti grandi (2 letti singoli invece che 1 matrimoniale) misura standard. Materassi comodi. Per me il cuscino troppo morbido. Struttura che ospita uffici asilo e penso appartamenti privati Personale alla reception gentilissimo e disponibile. Vicinissima allo stadio Bernabeu (1km). A proposito: impianto a dir poco spaziale! Vicino fermate Metro Di fronte supermercato Zona bella tranquilla fornita di servizi. Tenendo conto che noi abbiamo soggiornato ad Agosto La piscina al 5° Piano un plus. Con vista su Madrid fino al Palacio Real. Unico neo: ringhiera protettiva che guarda sul vuoto dal 9° piano davvero bassa, aperta e pericolosa. Con bambini piccoli penso non potrei lasciare loro la mano, mai!
