The hotel has a cafeteria and terraces where drinks and food are served, so outside food is not allowed. I apologize if the waiter who served you did not live up to your expectations and did not explain it to you in a reasonable and courteous manner. I have already informed the waiter about your complaint in order to solve this matter and that such incidents do not occur anymore in the future.Please know that we are taking your feedback to heart and focusing on improving.
