Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The parking space is for their exclusive use, but the garage is a common area shared with other building residents. Guests do not have access to the swimming pool, as it is exclusively for the residents of the property.

Getting Around:
The apartment includes a complimentary parking space in the building available for guests. Ideally, you can forget about the car during your stay and comfortably commute by metro, taking advantage of the strategic location of the area. Plaza Castilla metro station (lines 1 and 10) is just 5 minutes away and takes you directly to Gran Vía or Sol in about 20-25 minutes. Spanning Madrid from north to south, it allows you to reach virtually anywhere in the city in very little time. Additionally, Chamartín Station (long-distance trains) is only 1 metro stop away, and the airport is a mere 15-minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
Aerothermal is an ultra-efficient and comfortable system for both heating and cooling the house, but it's important to note that switching from cold mode to heat mode isn't possible at any time, as it's a shared system for the entire building. For approximately 6 months, the system operates only in heat mode, and for another 6 months, it operates in cold mode throughout the building. The changeover date is determined by the community of residents in the property.

Interaction with Guests:
I'm always available for guests if they need help with anything, although I appreciate respecting nighttime hours for non-urgent matters. As Airbnb recommends for everyone's safety—both guests and hosts—communication should always be done through the Airbnb app, and I kindly ask that phone calls be reserved for emergencies only.
