Beautiful apartment located in the heart of Lavapiés. Although it's right in the city center, being an interior apartment means you'll enjoy absolute peace and quiet in your new home after a busy day of work or a full day of studying.
It features a spacious living area with a sofa and a TV—perfect for relaxing with a good movie after a long day—one bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and a separate bathroom with a shower. Your new home accommodates up to 2 people and is equipped with air conditioning and heating via heat pump.
Despite being an interior unit, the apartment is bright, fully furnished, and fully equipped. It’s located in a lively, central area—just 10 minutes from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol.
HOW TO MOVE
There are, a few minutes from the apartment, connections with the public transport system, allowing easy access to the city:
Lavapiés Metro Station (Line 3) 200 m.
Tirso de Molina Metro Station (Line 1) at 300 m.
Sol Metro Station (Lines 1, 2 and 3) and Cercanías Renfe at 900m. and Atocha Station (15 min/1km on foot).
Madrid Vision Tourist Bus (Paseo del Prado stop), 950 m.

-Check-in after 8:00 pm incurs an additional charge of €25.

-No parties or similar gatherings are allowed in this accommodation.
