    This spacious studio attic is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

    It was inaugurated in March 2024.

One of the best places we've stayed. Host was responsive and reached out before our stay began to offer transportation and to provide luggage storage when we arrived early. Host was also accommodating when we arrived in town early and allowed us to check in as soon as the rooms were ready. Clean rooms, easy access, great location, very safe, family-friendly. We'll definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to all our family and friends.

Loved our stay here - the little apartment was super-clean, ideally located, and had all the amenities we needed. It's very close to a luggage storage facility, a grocery store, several restaurants and, most importantly, a lovely little bookstore :-)The management team was extremely helpful and responsive in the days leading up to and during our stay. We greatly appreciated their help as it was our first time in Madrid and we had a lot of questions. They even facilitated arranging tours for us!
