Great location, walkable and safe. We arrived early and we were able to drop off bags until check in time which is a wonderful help to travelers! They have electronic keys that you can use your phone to open both doors and pin pad option. Wifi was fast. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. Be sure to check the refrigerator for complimentary items, which was a nice surprise!! They also returned our security deposit in a timely manor. Highly recommend!

Great value studio in a super-central location

Neat little studio in a super central location. Many sights are just a short stroll away. We had the ground-floor apartment and the street can get quite lively at times, but you wouldn't know it as the soundproofing was excellent. The host was very attentive, occasionally checking in to see if we needed anything, and the truffles and cava on arrival were a lovely touch. Highly recommended.

Stay here!! It is wonderful

Our apartment was everything we had hoped for. We were travelling as three adults in the one family and so needed beds for us all and also preferred the flexibility of having a kitchen. The position was perfect! Walking distance to everything, but also very close to the transport network. We have loved our time here and wished we were here longer. Would definitely stay here again and recommend on to others.

The location is excellent, close to restaurants, groceries, subway stations and many attractions. The apartment is even nicer than the photos, quite although on a busy street, clean , with everything you may need and more like the welcoming bottle of wine, chocolates ,water. The check-in is easy and communication with the staff smooth, Raquel was very helpful from the start. We had a beautiful experience in Madrid and our staying at Cava Baja Suites greatly contributed to that. Highly recommend it and definitely planning to come back! We liked everything!😊

The apartment is very well located, neat, very clean, cozy, lighting is warm, the windows are tinted so passing people cannot see through them. Most importantly the hosts were extremely flexible and helpful, we had booked the wrong night and they were kind enough to cancel the booking and waive all the fees and get us another apt for a better price than what we have paid for. They also welcomed us with a nice bottle of cava. They helped us find a storage room and gave us a discount code to store our luggage the time they could clean the apt. Very higly recommended.

El lugar en si es muy cómodo, tienes todo lo necesario y la ubicación es lo que vale la pena. Cerca de plaza mayor y los restaurantes mas tradicionales, llegas caminando a palacio real y a gran vía porque esta super ubicado. El anfitrión super atento en todo momento, dando recomendaciones y facilitando la estancia. Nada todo estuvo perfecto

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa, la estancia fue muy agradable, todo nuevo, con códigos QR que te enseñan cómo utilizar el sofá cama o la calefacción, el personal atento desde antes de llegar hasta después de irnos, y también nos dejaron agua, cava y bombones, un detallazo. La localización es ideal porque puedes ir caminando a cualquier parte del centro, y además, la zona tiene bastantes bares para comer o tomar algo, muy recomendado.

Un trato exquisito, todo facilidades y buena disposición. La chica que nos atendió al teléfono nos ayudó mucho, se preocupó de nuestro bienestar todos los días que estuvimos allí. Iba con mis hijos y estaban contentísimos. Habitación amplia, camas muy cómodas, en pleno centro de la ciudad, al lado de la Plaza Mayor. Además nos dejaron chocolates, cava, estuvimos encantados. Lo recomiendo 100%. Creo que es el mejor apartamento que he alquilado en años. Gracias!
