One of the bedrooms boasts a dedicated workstation, providing a perfect space for productivity or catching up on work during your stay. Another bedroom is connected to a convenient office area, ideal for those seeking a separate workspace or a quiet reading corner. To compliment the bedrooms, Benac also boasts two well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.
The heart of Benac is its inviting living room, adorned with tasteful decor and a cozy dining table. See the mountain theme come to life with the exposed wooden elements and natural color scheme. Taking from the coziness of the mountains, this space serves as a central gathering point where you can enjoy shared meals, engage in lively conversations, or simply relax after a day of exploring the city. For your comfort, one of the bedrooms in Benac is equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your liking and enjoy a restful night's sleep. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.
*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.
To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
