Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Welcome to Acqua, an exceptional 175-square-meter apartment located in the heart of the Centro district. This location places you within easy reach of Madrid's most iconic attractions, diverse dining experiences, and the rich tapestry of culture. Acqua seamlessly blends elegance, comfort, and a coastal charm, promising an unforgettable experience in Madrid.

Acqua boasts three bedrooms, each adorned with a queen-size bed. One of these bedrooms opens to a French balcony, allowing fresh air inside. Another features a dedicated workstation, ideal for remote work. The third bedroom offers the ultimate retreat with a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom, and access to an outdoor lounging area on the terrace. This apartment also includes two additional bathrooms, one with a bathtub, ensuring your convenience.

The heart of Acqua is the living room, designed for relaxation and socializing. Equipped with an entertainment system, it's the perfect place to unwind. A French balcony infuses the space with natural light. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, featuring a table for shared meals and a dedicated workstation. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with modern appliances and utensils.

With light wood details and coastal neutrals, this apartment is adorned with a beach design theme. For your comfort, Acqua provides split air conditioning in all rooms. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
