Room was okay. Was clean and smoke free. However the mattress on the bed was terrible. Definitely needs to be replaced. The TV as well should be replaced as it was very blurry to view. Staff was was very courteous when checking in and out.

Peggy at the desk was such a delightful person. She recommended the restaurant called The Chop House in town just a few miles away. Excellent food great servers and a jalapeno margarita that was the best I have ever had!! Very wonderful stay after a long drive.

I checked in at about 11 pm, and at 8 am, housekeeping was waking me up to clean the room.

The room we had was near I-20 and very noisy all through the night. Also the ventilation was poor. They did have a portable dehumidifier due to the design and age of the building envelope. They are pet friendly and reasonably priced.

We had a long standing 2-night reservation. A family emergency prevented us from arriving on evening #1. When we tried to check in the next morning, were told our reservation had been cancelled because we were a "no show". No room, no apology, no empathy. We found a room at another hotel, where we were treated with respect. Big fail for Sleep Inn!

The room was clean, but had a very musty smell to it. It was a “non smoking” room, but the rooms around it must have been smoking rooms because I could smell smoke from time to time. The towels were very thin and the stopper in the tub did not work. The next morning, the cable was out for awhile and when it came back on was only working for the network channels.

You get what you pay for

For the price you cant beat it really. Modern tv with hdmi outlets. It got cold and heated had trouble keeping up. There was trash and large debris under edge of bed, candy wrappers, dead battery. Not sure if the bulbs were burned out or lamps not working but about half the lighting was useless. I plugged my phone into the outlet on nightstand lamp to charge, found out that outlet doesnt work when by chance I woke up at regular time, my phone was dead. I would stay here again solely for the fact there are smoking rooms available and s cracker barrel in the parking lot

Overall a nice hotel in a small town

I was not expecting the hotel to be great, based on it's location in a small town. Check-In went really fast and the desk person was very courteous. The hotel has separate buildings and I was assigned a room in a building that was not part of the main hotel. It reminded me a lot of the old motels where you park in front of your room door. The room was clean and in very good condition; I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had a mini fridge. The bed was pretty comfortable and worked fine for a night, especially after having driven most of the day.

Not too happy

The hotel staff at the Quality Inn was very pleasant. When making the reservation I was NOT told that the room is a Smoking room. There were no other rooms available in this hotel or anything available nearby. We had a commitment and could not leave. Therefore we had to stay in the smoking room which was not pleasant.
